Overpriced shipping cost then claim twice that amount as due in duty fees. These fees were NEVER disclosed by DHL or the retailer. Nearly $55 in shipping/duty fees on a $100 order. Are you f***ing kidding?!? They ran once and ran, saying no one was home. Someone was home. They never planned on confronting a human being for their bulls*** RANSOM in the first place. Criminals. Zero stars wasn't an option.
I ordered my package over a week ago now, I got express shipping so it would be here faster. It was expected 5 days ago now and I still have not received my package. This was my first time dealing with DHL and it will definitely be my last. I have better experience with UPS and FedEx any day.

Dhl is the worst delivery company on planet earth my mum ordered a computer char from wayfair last week and it was supposed to be delivered the following day the item did not arrive so left it a few days then by Friday my mum got in contact with wayfair through the live chat and they said that dhl forgot to pick the item up and they said that they would get in contact with DHL by Saturday my mum got an email saying that DHL will be delivering your order on Monday June 14th June 14th is today my mum got an email this morning saying the order would be delivered between 16:13 amd 17:13 and it still has it arrived its now 17:32 and it still has not arrived I though hermes where a bad delivery company I think DHL takes it to another level I know where in the middle of the pandemic amd all

Update: the item finally arrived this morning
I own a small manufacturing company with clients in China and the Philippines. I use Fed Ex, UPS and DHL, as its the clients' choice as they pay for shipping.
Sent a package via DHL to the Philippines 10 days ago. For some reason, the package is being held in Cincinnati. I have called and been assured that the 'hold' is not due to a need for more information. There is no one to talk to, five emails sent each of last five days have been ignored. This is totally unacceptable and my client who is waiting the shipment has asked me have DHL return the package, and I will ship with Fed Ex
Unbelievably horrible service....this is a business whose clients order and then expect prompt shipment...DHL's disregard for their clients business is inexcusable..I will NEVER use them again to ship my product...client Beware
Would love to give zero stars. Impossible to actually speak to a human being. How these countries get away with providing such poor customer service is criminal.
Cannot get hold of them. Ruddy automatic computers says no !! on both websire and WhatsApp....But do call us on our premium line so we can make more money - that is why they provide a rubbish service. So out of complete frustration you call them on the premium line - and after a while they tell you you're going to get charged 7p a minute - because of our poor service. Grrrrrrrr...
This is the pathetic company you have sent me the package from. June 1 - They say that recipient not at home - This is a lie. My entire family was here. June 2nd I called in the morning and they promised me they will deliver on 2nd between 4 pm-8 pm. I took half day from work and when I called at 7 pm to check they told me that it will not be delivered. I asked to speak to the supervisor and no response from anyone. Today, June 3rd I again called them and they opened the ticket and a person from the station called me and said that it will be delivered immediately It is 5:30 pm and when I called them they are telling me it is not out for delivery and it will not be delivered today. Like stupid, fool I am missing my work for 2 days and they seem to care least... Customer service representatives are pathetic, rude, and arrogant. No one cares and no sense of responsibility and reliability. Every call I get different answers. I still do not have the shipment and can not afford to miss a single day of work. Never had such an irresponsible and horrible experience in my entire life
They got my package to South Carolina from Sofia, Bulgaria in a matter of days and delivered on a holiday. Package arrived in perfect condition.
Worst experience ever. Meant to get a delivery but needles to say iy didn't arrive. Got message to say tomorrow. Tomorrow came didn't get again then they said tomorrow again still haven't got it. The reply from customer service is sorry for the inconvenience but there are no more drivers at the depot. A joke for a company and really don't know how they still in business.

This is the worst courier company I have ever experienced. Still waiting for my delivery after 2 weeks of it being ''out for delivery'' and ''returned to the depot'' each day! I was first told it was put on the wrong van, and now that it has gone missing at the depot and they can't give me any details!!!!! Absolute s*** company. Don't trust them with any of your property!
I received a email confirmation to say my parcel would be arriving the day after. I changed this on the link to a different day because I wouldn’t be home.
The delivery driver still comes on the day they had given me rather than on the day I had rearranged.
When I came home my neighbour came out to tell me they had my parcel. I had received no note from DPD to say they had delivered my parcel. Luckily I have very honest neighbours but I wasn’t very impressed.
Package was shipped DHL but to be delivered by USPS. The package just sits at one DHL locacation for 5 straight days with no movement. Then gives the excuse of bad weather and poor road conditions. It's May 19th and being as I'm only 1.5 hrs. From my package location there isn't any snow or bad weather conditions on May the 19th! This place is a joke!
DO NOT SHIP WITH DHL. My shipment containing a rolled acrylic painting languished in HK for 1.5 weeks due to DHL transport issues. When it finally got to Cincinatti, Ohio, it langushed again for another 1.5 weeks. The previous male agent told me that there is no confirmation that my package made it to their Ohio hub. The 2nd agent, however, tells me that it is in their Ohio hub. She also told that the 1st agent should not have told me such info blah blah. 2nd Agent refuses to tell you when your package that has supposedly been with them for the last 3 weeks will finally be shipped to Florida. Seriously, if DHL can't handle the logistical load, then maybe they shouldn't be accepting deliveries for fragile items and charging people so much money for packages that they don't know when it will EVER be delivered. Instincts tell you these people are covering up for lost or stolen packages and they keep screaming at you that the packages will just arrive when DHL finally has the muscle to deliver them. After 3 weeks of holding? Is that so? Well, this will the last time that you are getting any business from me.

used dhl express services ..suppose to deliver ..2-3 working days. its been more than 10 days...when called askef for kyc docs...submitted...still no feedback/delivery.
Used any alternate couries services. and thank me later

I was never ever happy with them. They tell you about delivering your package 1 hour before they arrive. Sometimes the driver says he is on the way but he arrives after 8 hours. They are literally useless

They are just a bunch of of con merchants! They want you to call the customer service as it a premium pay line that they leave you on hold for ever! You don't realise until the phone bill comes in! But the worst bit is they have a standard lie sheet and have no intention of helping and no genuine way of helping
